Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing. By completing a purchase, you confirm you have read and agreed to these Terms.

1. NATURE OF PRODUCTS
Tomevic sells exclusively digital products (eBooks, PDFs, digital publications) delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

2. LICENCE GRANT — SINGLE USER ONLY
Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user personal licence for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, transfer, sublicense, or assign your licence to any other person.

3. COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All products are the exclusive intellectual property of Tomevic, protected under Indian and international copyright law. Strictly prohibited: copying, duplicating, distributing, sharing, uploading to any platform, or using content for commercial purposes.

4. DOWNLOAD LINKS & ACCESS
Links are time-limited, attempt-limited, and personal to your order. Expired links will not be reissued. Save your file immediately after download.

5. REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. No refunds once a download link is delivered. See full Refund Policy at /policies/refund-policy.

6. PAYMENT
Indian payments via Razorpay (UPI, Cards). International payments via PayPal. GST applies where required.

7. GOVERNING LAW
Governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to Indian courts.
