🚫 No Refunds — All Sales Are Final

Tomevic sells digital products only. All sales are strictly final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credits — for any reason — once a purchase is completed and a download link has been delivered.

Why No Refunds?

Digital products are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. Once you have received access to the file, the product has been fully delivered. There is no equivalent of “returning” a digital file.

By Completing Your Purchase, You Agree That:

• You have read the product description and are satisfied it meets your needs before buying
• You understand delivery is instant and the product cannot be returned
• You will not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving your download link
• Any fraudulent chargeback will be contested with full evidence: delivery confirmation, IP address logs, timestamps, and download records submitted to your bank and payment provider

Delivery Problems — The Only Exception

If you did not receive your download link due to a verified technical error on our end, contact us within 48 hours at umarglobalcommerce@gmail.com with your order number. We will re-send your link. This is not a refund — it is re-delivery only.

No Exceptions Policy

We do not make exceptions for:

• “I didn’t like the product”
• “I bought it by mistake”
• “I already have it”
• “I didn’t read the description”
