Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay) via Razorpay for Indian customers, and PayPal for international customers.

Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways (Razorpay & PayPal). We never store your card details.

Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. A confirmation email with your order details is sent immediately after purchase.

Downloads & Delivery

How do I receive my purchase?
Immediately after payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a secure download link. You can also access it directly from the order confirmation page.

How many times can I download my file?
For security reasons, download links are limited in attempts and expire after a set period. Please download and save your file promptly after purchase.

I didn’t receive my download link. What do I do?
Please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us at tomevic93@gmail.com with your order number.

Licensing & Copyright

Can I share my purchase with others?
No. All purchases are licensed to a single user only. Sharing, distributing, or reselling any content is strictly prohibited and constitutes copyright infringement.

Can I use the content for commercial purposes?
No. All products are for personal, non-commercial use only unless a separate commercial licence is obtained in writing from Tomevic.

Refunds

Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. Due to the instant digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a download link has been delivered. Please read our full Refund Policy.
